Course Description


When you work with food, you have to work with the rules of eating. But why is this necessary?

In this course you will learn why it is important to work in a food safe manner, and how you can contribute to food safety and quality.

Food products can or may become hazardous to your health. What can you do to prevent hazardous food products?

In this course you will get answers to the following questions:

How can industrial hygiene contribute to food safety and what is your role in this process?
What is HACCP and how do

  • How food can be harmful to you as a consumer?

The course ends with a final exam. You will pass if you have scored enough points with the test questions. Questions asked during the training course itself do not count toward your score.
